|Recommended: YesHelpful staff, good location, poor cleanup of dog feces — I’m disappointed with the amount of dog feces that are everywhere on the property. I paid a fee for dog DNA typing so this would not be the case. Plus I pay a pet fee. I understand this may be because of unreported dogs. If this is the case then there should be some sort of surveillance to determine the rule-breakers. Cameras are cheap these days. This also applies to the people who blow through the entry gates. However, on the positive Chelsea is responsive and very competent. I’ve always been impressed with how well she responds when we need help. The maintenance staff is also responsive. The location. Is very good and most neighbors are friendly.
